From the small village of Muff, in the County of Donegal, on the Inishowen peninsula of Ireland, Laura Bonner, was inspired by her grandfather’s passion to create spirits full of wonderment. Laura and her team are crafting spirits from the potatoes her Granda farmed to produce vodka, gin and a five-part blend whiskey. Established in 2018 The Muff Liquor Company produces exceptional quality sprits, which have all received many industry accolades. Muff is that good, Russell Crowe wanted to invest in the business and told his good friends Ed Sheeran, Jimmy Carr & Ronan Keating they must too!

A five-part blend of Irish Malt & Grain Whiskeys, each one brining an individual element. These combine to give multiple layers of joy on the nose, mid-palate and end of the tasting experience. An incredibly smooth whiskey which can be enjoyed by anyone.
Blend No.1: Irish triple distilled grain whiskey in a virgin cask, a dark colour extends from the heavy char toasting and gives a sweet vanilla note.
Blend No.2: Irish triple distilled grain whiskey matured in ex-American bourbon casks offers a light, sweet nose to the mix.
Blend No.3: Sherry matured triple distilled malt whiskey giving body to the sip.
Blend No.4: Double distilled Irish malt whiskey presents fruity-esters.
Blend No.5: Peated triple distilled malt whiskey is again matured in ex-American bourbon casks and will bring a smoky flavour and long finish.

After Laura and her team create the finest Irish potato vodka, they lovingly steep a blend of carefully hand-selected botanicals to create Muff Irish Gin. The blend includes juniper, angelica, lemon, elderflower, grapefruit peel, rosemary, mandarin and coriander. Prior to bottling, we add a Champagne extract to the gin to give it a final lift.
